Hail alert
Rain alerts are cool and handy but hail alerts could prevent damage to property enabling us to get our cars under cover. You could even get some funding from the insurance companies for this one potentially.

As a cyclist (fitness only, no Lycra), I would second this idea if it’s possible. The point about funding from Insurers is valid, as anyone in Perth in 2010, that was $1B from memory

I definitely want a hail alert! Last time there was heavy hail our 3 week old car sustained $13K worth of damage and the hail came over so fast that we didn’t have time to drive it to to a shopping centre as we don’t have an undercover area for it. Agree with the person who commented that potentially insurance companies may contribute to this as they would stand to benefit too with fewer claims.
