Inconsistent information
Why is the hour by hour (above) rainfall predictions often radically different from the full day predictions below?
Sometimes there is no or very little rain predicted for the full day (below) but heavy rain predicted all day if you look at the hour by hour on the same day.
Which one should I believe?

The hour by hour predictions (on the top row) are shown as mm not percentage.
It shows time and underneath that a predicted temp then predicted rainfall in mm.
It is these predictions that don’t align with the total rainfall predicted for the day. I would add a screenshot if I could. -

Hour by hour is an app percentage of chance of rain not actual rain. They add it up to give daily percentage.
100% just means at some point it will rain.Not 100% rain all day
